True to our name, we provide the "essence" of what a spa experience offers by focusing on and perfecting the fundamental healing techniques of Massage Therapy. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will work with you to determine what treatment is necessary to reach your goals.
From the time you enter our spa, until the time you leave, our staff will treat you as a priority client. Our modest but stylish accommodations are clean, comfortable, refreshing and up to date with the latest CDC guidelines and recommendations to prevent Covid-19 transmission.
We are located in the fashonable township of Sherman Oaks, California on Ventura Boulevard. There is ample metered parking in front and free parking off of Noble Ave.
We would also like to encourage those who have never experienced Massage Therapy to visit us. Our techniques are proven to relieve years of stress, body pain and muscle damage. As an additional incentive we will provide a discounted rate for each first time client at Essence of Spa.

Cancellation Policy
Because our business runs on a tight schedule, we respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is a disheartening loss of vital income for our therapists. It also causes other clients who would have booked the time slot to miss the chance to receive services they need. For these reasons; a 50% service fee will be charged for late cancellation within 24 hours and a 100% service fee will be charged in case of no-show. We also reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book current or future appointments.
